The Niagara Wine Trail, USA is situated between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario, where geography has created a unique micro-climate, conducive to growing a wide variety of grapes. The seventeen wineries on the trail produce traditional vinifera styles, late harvest and ice wines, as well as unique styles, including fruit wine and meads. Events and tastings are held throughout the year.

Cave of the Winds

Maid of the Mist

The Observation Tower

Lockport

The town of Lockport offers museums, a cave, a church chock full of Tiffany windows, and a trolley to sprint you from venue to venue during July and August. The popular two hour Erie Canal Cruise at Lockport  Locks, departing daily from May to October, includes the experience of being raised 50 feet in the only double set of locks on the Erie Canal. Artpark, Historic Lewiston

Erie Canal Discovery Center in Lockport

Freedom Crossing: The Underground Railroad in Greater Niagara
